On 2 Aug 2013 between 11 and 12 I phoned Nedbank regarding proof of payments I do not get and bank costs that I don't understand. My phone call was at least 20 minutes long. I got cut off without a sufficient answer. No follow up from Nedbank's side. I also e-mailed a complaint via the website. My reference no is FI1674541.
It's now 5 August, still no help!
