Billed for Funeral policy

In July I was at Std bank and an agent came up to me and insisted I take a Funeral policy. He asked me to fill documents and I informed him that I dont want this activated immediately I wanted to read the documents first. He activated this policy on my account without my permission. I called the bank and they informed me that they cannot pick this policy on the system. I am currently billed for June and July. I want this contract cancelled and my money refunded into my account.
