My husband passed away in January sent Thu claim form end of Feb old mutual needed more info from myself and my sons which was duly phoned client services on the 20th june was told it was with the trustee's and it would take 10 to 15 working days phoned today and was told NO! it's still with them and it could take another 2 months I find this totally ludicrous to say the least, Why so long for the payout please i need answers!!!
