This is on behalf of Mothushi Burial Society.the ladies went to the bank at the begenning of the year for a bank statement only to find out that there's a debit order that has been going off their account since 2008.and they do not know who was taking their money.the consultant by the surname of Motaung gave them the impression that Naedo was a person and gave them a number to call.they were not happy with the service so they went bank and spoke to the bank manager Elizabeth Mlambo.1, she promised to stop the debit order, but did not do so as the money is still being taken off.2, How does a Burial Society account that requires 2 or 3 people to withdraw have a debit order? why didnt the first consultant not assist or even educate them about this type of debit order?
