Incorrect amount debited

On 26/07/13 I looged a query about an incorrect amount debited, I spoke to Kele who assured me that I will receive a phone call from someoone, no one contacted me. Again on Monday I phoned and spoke to Thabang who also assured me that Ellaine Peterson will contact me back but she did not. Yashin Ramkelawan has not contacted me, I also sent Yashin an email and still no response.

I am financed by MFC and my instalment is supposed to be R3923.51, to my surprise this month an amount of R4630.46 was debited off my account, when i phoned in your customer care number 0860879900 and I spoke to Kele today on 26/05/13 who could not give me answers. The only thing i did was to change the debit order date from 26 to 25

please refund the difference as this will affect will affect my other debit order.
