FNB is service is repulsive

FNB just repulsion me! The charges are very expensive and staff needs to be trained. Every month I pay charges over R 230 for things I don't know. They ads are all about free withdraws (which is not true, apparently it's 6 free), the card is not free as well it cost R105. When you make payments on the online you pay R7 or more. They say you are on an unlimited pricing option but that is not true. You pay for everything. Someone from Absa or Standbank please contact me i want to find out about your pricing options so i can switch in 10 mins. Don't bother contacting their premier banker's they never respond even though you get an automated email stating that they will respond in 1 day..
