Blue / Credit U Financial Services
Still deducting from my account?

I made use of your services in around 2007, and took a Mobile contract from Credit-U, in 2008, I slipped up on 4 payments due to financial problems, those funds were however recovered month to month by adding onto my usual payment. At this time, my Top Up 200 was converted to prepaid, and I am currently still on prepaid.

It is now 2013 and you people have to date, take around R 16 000 from me. I tried to cancel this debit order, but it seems it was re-instated almost instantly.

Please could you kindly explain this matter to me, if not, kindly correct this. Currently I believe firmly that you people are from me, I will believe this, unless otherwise proven.
