Everytime l have a p[roblem with my account it takes me weeks they always send me to Home Affairs.l feel its unfair beacuase l expect them to be having all the records and the Home Affairs gave me a letter and Absa says the numbers on the permit and their system is different.l feel its Absa's fault ...
