Deafening silence on authentication problem

ABSA's mobile app for Android has been working fine for about a week, when I started getting authentication errors. I duly filed a service request, furnished all the details they asked for, and now nothing happens, except for automated replies. Their reference number [#ID: 345B3EDA-83D2-1569-AE07-C6118BBB0000#] AND I PAY FOR THE FRIGGIN SERVICE!!!
