How many monkeys does it take...?

I have received almost 10 calls from your call centre looking for Mr L. Peterson to follow up on his bad debts. I told the first three callers that I am not Mr Peterson & that they should stop phoning me. Now I play along & I know that Mr Peterson has an outstanding balance of about R19, 000 & is in arrears by almost R4000. Is African Bank's service really that third world that they cannot get it right? How many more calls will it take before you realise I am not Mr Peterson? Last night I told them I refuse to pay & they can hand my account over. What a bunch of imbeciles you are! At least you got the name right... AFRICAN bank!
