I lodged a claim for my car key. The key replacement is R3800. The call center then calls and says they happy to process the claim. But the key classfies the same as the car and the excess is R3500. I then argued to say the key is clearly not the same as the car and should have a different excess. She then said i should have specified the key. Do not all cars have keys?? Not at all impressed. Not quite bending over backwards as advertised im afraid. To add to it i said i was not happy and wanted to deal with her manager. And no call since. No email. Nothing.
