im very disappointed to say that your company promised to deliver my contract after i took up a funeral policy with them approximately 6 months ago and still my contract hasnt arrived and i have been paying the premium without any proof of the documentation should anything happen. The Metlife agent called me to offer me this product which i happily did and he promised to send the contract in the mail still today im waiting, his name was Given Ntuwa if not mistaken, I called countless number of times to the number he gave me and he said it must be the post office problem and he referred me to some lady in cape town office same story happened nothing happened, not so long ago one of the agents called and i told him my p[light he said he will sort it out even today its not sorted.
Its either you refund me back all my premiums or deliver my contract fast, already this is a bad sign that should something happen my family will be left stranded with your poor service. Im utterly disappointed.
