Hi,

I would like to recognize an Immediate Resolution agent by the name of Brandon Vos.

After 8weeks of trying to get a claim processed through a broker, Brandon helped me within 48working hours.

He is efficient, he took initiative, he is completely responsible and an absolute professional.
