Poor service

I went to Oldmutual sunnypark to cancel my retirement annuity and the consultant refused to assist me, i had all revent documents and tax number with, Oldmutual cannot be trusted if they dictate our policies like this, am very dissapointed by the service i received, the consultant was also not friendly, how can i not cancel my policy when it has less than R7000, dissapointed
