No need to say much. Your Hellopeter record says it all. Also threatens me with attorney action. Now let me explain to you what your call center dont understand. My CellC contract was on debit order. It was a gift for my ex girlfriend and when she left I had the contract transferred to her name. How can there be anything outstanding on debit order? It was transferred and I'm not responsible for the contract anymore. That is why people transfer contracts. Also you state that I failed previous communication? Come on, This was the only communication ever from you. Proof it. Also there is no law that states I have to check my PO Box. I receive all my statements in email. People are about to go to Mars. You do know that this contract was transferred more than 6 years ago? Why do you contact me now? Maybe because you are still using snail mail? When I called you said I must get proof it was transferred. How do you want me to do that? Im not authorized to get info on someone elses personal info. Its not on my name. Why cant you provide better info in your letters or even when calling.
btw, im busy at work and cant take calls. This space is to small.
