I wish to log a complaint against Odette Martin in the Standard Bank Branch at The Grove - Nelspruit.
Her actions towards me were degrading and disrespectful. I was seated in the banking hall and she yelled at me from behind her desk, while there were other customers sitting around me.
Making me out to be the person in the wrong in front of a whole bank of people including people I'm acquainted with. Not even putting an effort in to get up and invite me into her cubicle to discuss the situation. My wife was with me, who happen to work at Nedbank, her mouth hung open at Odette's response towards me, mentioning that she's never seen something like that in all her years at Nedbank. Funny enough my intentions were not to get anyone into trouble, merely to get a solution for my situation, yet a response like that from Odette was shocking. Very unprofessional.
On the other hand I would like to compliment Karen who assisted me with a solution without any hassles.
