I recently bought a voucher through Celestial Gifts as a birthday present. Service was good and easy to deal with. However once the person used the voucher there was a misunderstanding on the value and the person using the gift had to pay in.
I phoned Celestial Gifts to complain about this and spoke to Odette Butcher. She explained the terms and conditions of the gift. She did realize that I was still unhappy about the situation and without any hassles she still refunded the balance to me the same day, even though it was something that she did not have to do.
I would still recommend using Celestial Gifts and would like to thank Odette for her understanding.
