So today my hubby enters this branch @ 11:30 then gets told to wait, after 30min, closing time, he is then assisted just to be told that his documents are incorrect, the manner was exactly as follows, Primi: "sit down, I will check for you now but I have an appoinment so you can come sign your documents on Monday because I have to leave now" she then realised the documents were incorrect and continues to say " you are wasting my time and your own, the obvious or logical thing to do would be to bring all the latest documents, you got paid yesterday, how could you not know that, we were rushed out and spoken to like animals, I do not appreciate that, complete brand damage as if the media is not having enough of a 'field day' with other issues at African Bank, is this people in any manner trained or educated to render a not even good but reasonable service to consumers? I feel that so many people in South Africa would love a job and for employees to treat consumers, WHO IS THE REASON for the commission they get, to treat these people as if they are doing them a faviour is pathetic. I know many people and will tell everyone I know about this in order for them to not take this abuse
