I had complained about overcharging of a transaction, which Kevin phoned me about on the 24th July and said that Standard Bank would refund the charges, today I am still awaiting for that refund, they take their charges out quick enough and penalised you with heavy charges if you don't have enough funds in your account, so I want a Standard Bank to refund me the fees and charges for late payment, admin on my part and everything else that they think to charge the customer if they make a mistake!!! Here's hoping
