I would just like to take this time to compliment Martin on his exceptional and fantastic service that he provided to me on our very call regarding insurance for my new car. From the very first second he was super friendly and made me feel relaxed and happy. He explained everything to me efficiently and left hardly any room for questions from my side as he answered the ones I had before I could ask them! We definitely need more people like him in the service industry. He was just awesome and I hope his manager is aware of this as he is an extremely valuable asset to the company!!
