I just want to say thank you very much to Soubeka Raimundo from Auto and General's First for Women division. I had a vehicle accident and had to extend my vehicle hire. He has been nothing but helpful, friendly and willing to accommodate me. I sincerely appreciate his assistance.
I would also like to thank the lady who works at the PE Airport branch of Budget car rentals who assisted me. She has also been of great assistance and so friendly and willing to help.
It is rare to have a positive experience with regard to customer service, but I have been treated so well and with such respect, that I felt that I needed to share my experience.
Thank you to you both, for turning a negative experience (the accident) into a positive one. You should both be commended.
