I cannot do internet banking

I have logged an email complaint 3 to 4 weeks ago asking for assistance regarding me keep logging out while transacting. Eventually after been pushed from pillar to post I get told that ABSA internet banking cannot handle IE9 browsers. This has inconvenienced me for the last couple of weeks, forcing me to drive to the nearest branch etc to transact. This is poor and they can't even tell me when the issue will be resolved.
