I have bought a bike on the 21ste of December that was financed threw bikefin. I have payed every month my insurance as well as my bikes payment. On the 12th of June a lady has driver into me on my way to work and I landed in hospital. After a week I was able to make arrangements with bikefin about the accident I had on the 12th of June. I have been trying ever since to sort out my claim but every time I tried to find out if they going to settle the bike they tell me they can settle the payment because its a personal loan threw Nedbank. I told them how many times now that they have finance my bike and their people make that loan when it was financed they keep on telling me the same story, it's now been a month and still I'm struggling to get anything sorted and now I must sit with all this mes that wasn't even my fault, I already lost allot trough this accident that was caused just because some people can look were they are driving this is really annoying. I have to stuggle at work and because of my broken wrist that was caused by the accident. Why do I have the insurance but they don't wanna assist me properly and if I did make a personal loan I would do it by a bank of my choice
