My laptop was damaged. I called outsurance on Monday this week to process the claim, and today, they advised me that they'd pay out in 48hrs. No hassles, just effeciency and professionalism! Getting the claim processed was supper easy. They kept me updated, I didnt have to phone them or remind them about it, one call was all that was needed.
