Lack of customer service

I am unemployed and I made an arrangement to pay a small amount and requested bank details. I never got them. After sending numerous emails to the info@ email address and to one of the people who I had dealt with and I still had no response. I even spoke to a senior person at some stage who assured me the right person would phone me and I had no response from anyone. I eventually loaded airtime to get their bank details and was helped but had to make a new arrangement as could not afford to pay what I orginally said. I was promised that the right person would phone me. I am still waiting. I do not have the means to phone as airtime is low on my list of what I need. I also was unable to make a payment and I have sent an email today of which I have proof that the email was read but no response on my request for feedback.
