FNB encourages their users to use cell phone banking, however they don't tell you if you make a mistake, the money cannot be revered.
This was I found out from their call centre, Apparently I was told to read their T&C's.
So I'm left high and dry, with no notification, and no way to fix the problem.
It is pathetic that they can just decide to take your money, or offer any explanation.
I am extremely disappointed that this happened.
