GO sit in the corner till bank is closed

On the 24th April 2013 I went into the branch to complain about a blacklisting on an account I had with Standbank since 1996. Standbank has since given the account to a 3rd, 4th and 5th person. I was not able to access the account nor stop payments or close the account. I was then blacklisted resulting in a status that affected my employment in the financial industry.
Complaint numbers 37953399 & 33582497 & 40030422.
I was promised a response the next day, which to date I have not received! On Friday the 26th April 2013 I again went into the bank at around 2:30 - 3pm, waited for the branch manager. After 30 odd minutes I was asked to go downstairs and sit in the corner where all the consultant has left for the day. At around 4pm the assistant manager told me sorry "it's after banking hours and I cannot be helped." Your video cameras can prove my treatment...
That Standard bank (Randburg Kent Ave) has a policy that they do not issue letters regarding my complaint nor do they accept letters of complaint - as per staff
