I received feedback from Adwena Speelman, but am still not satisfied because on initiating this loan I was never told that there is no credit cover, otherwise I would not have taken it. What if I passed on or got permanently disabled with no income, like I have been unemployed currently, since 2008. The lady only send me a partial copy of the so called signed contract, and not the a complete one.
Secondly, Capitec never communicated with me after I submitted my retrenchment documents to them immediately, in 2008. They only started threatening me with legal action in 2013 after they handed this debt to their legal collectors.
