3 WEEKS and still nothing is done

I am the chairman of our body corporate of 80 units. I have been trying since the beginning of July to become a signatory on the bank account, and have access to the internet banking. It is now the end of the month and we have not been able to load payments to IMPORTANT suppliers such as city power and are now being threatened with being cut off. This is all due to the POOR POOR service of ABSA, Irshaad Dawood, and Isable Costa who NEVER get back to me. I have to call, and email and NAG for them to their jobs, which they still have not done. I have to BEG for them to do ANYTHING and now I find out today (24 July) that we still have not been loaded and they are giving me the run around. I WILL go personally into their offices but felt this needed to be put on Hello Peter as well.
