LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I called in a weeks ago and asked to speak to someone with regards to my ITC History being removed completely from ITC, as explained why my account was not paid regularly in the past and i was told
that African Bank can removed my Credit History on ITC even before the 2years period. I checked my ITC report again and that was not done.

When i called today i was advised that it can be done, same as the person who advised me previously, i need this sorted urgently becouse im am trying to apply for House loan and the only way i can do this if African bank would remove my name completely as a slow payer and it doesnt appear anymore on my name.
