I-Direct you are my money in more ways than one.
1. You sold me a policy and I told you immediately to cancel it MONTHS AGO and I told you that I took it under duress.
2. You started Debiting my account and I told you to STOP & refund me (Still waiting)
3. When my vehicle was in an accident, I did not claim from you and when I told you that it was in accident, you said you would cancel the cover as I had requested.
4. For this reason, I do not make funds available for you and every time my debit orders bounce, my bank charges me for that. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM YOU NOW!! ALL THE PREMIUMS YOU COLLECTED PLUS the bank penalties that you have caused me.
5. I want an apology in writing for the manner in which you have treated me and have been my money
