BAD SERVICE NO WAY OF CANCELLING A POLICY

Last week they singed me up for the amazing policy with My-Care, but failed to mention the once off payment of R299. They only advised that it will cost me R99 per month. Now I want to cancel this policy, they do not even have a call centre number to call policies. Their website [URL Removed] is useless as it only has medical number's AND NO CALL CENTRE number. Or the number 011 449 7166 / 011 430 1760 / 0861 111 243 - You wait at least about 2 hours for them to answer the phone and then gets shunt around from pillar to post. NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE AT ALL
