Why do we have INSURANCE???

Unfortunately my husband and I were victims of crime. Both our car radios were out our cars one evening whilst we were in our home and cars parked in a locked yard.

My husband could not get hold or the Insurance Dept via telephone and could not get any response on the website so he emailed every manager CEO you name it in the bank and finally got a response he then submitted the claim and quotes that he had received for replacing the radio's. We received 2 claim numbers and all was ok. They only paid a minimal amount for 1 claim and now cannot get any information from them about the 2nd claim. Going through call center is a nightmare on its own. When finally got to the right person they put you on hold for 10 mins and then the phone goes dead. AAAAArrrghhh!! go through whole process again and nothing also to find the number you are given goes to a Security Company??? Where is the customer service gone in this country.
