Outsurance does not want to honour claim

Damp was detected between the walls in my bathroom and kitchen and my shower (en-suite) and bedroom 2 years ago. A claim was logged with Outsurance and they dispatched a third party to assess and make repairs to the said areas. The damp caused the paint to lift from the walls and the cupboards in the bedroom were affected as well. In December 2012 last year, the problem resurfaced and I immediately logged a claim to have the initial repairman dispatched to fix the problem again. The damage was exactly the same, but my claim was rejected (albeit only in April 2013).

On the 22nd of April 2013, I objected to the rejection and communicated as such with the two agents whose details I recieved in the rejection letter. I did not receive any feedback to my objection and eventually called into the call centre about two weeks ago to follow up myself. The call centre agent confirmed the email addresses that I used as being correct and committed to further enquiring as to why I was being ignored.

I am extremely upset that this company does not want to honour a claim that they previously accepted as legitimate and now does not want to hold the repairman liable for the non-performance.
