Their client bumped my car and i submitted the claim and everything. They agreed to pay me for the damages but now they are takling too long. My car was assessed on 19 May and until now they have not paid. I submitted my banking details on 28 June 2013 and they said definately in 15 days they will pay me but i am still waiting. I called them today and they said Andre Kirsten will call me back. He hasnt called since this morning.
Also their consultant called me to supposedly offer me a better policy or else i would get R400 back as their campaign says even on TV. He could not offer me anything better than what i am currently paying but still didnt not pay me the R400 the consultatnt said that campaign is over yet i still see it on tv and online. Kindly assist me.
