No Feedback on R400-00 back campaign

I am still waiting for feedback from Tue 29/10/2013 14:09 to date regarding the so called R400-00 cash back advertisement. My existing insurance company is cheaper than OUTSURANCE, so I called for a quotation at OUTSURANCE and they couldnt beat my existing premiem.
