BAD SERVICE FROM RCS

There was a alert on my account in Aug of last year, and ever since I have been harassed by RCS to pay over outstanding balances on my account. I have not disputed paying, but ever since the alert I have not received any statements or any correspondence from them. They have thus charged me for Club Magazines subscriptions which I did not receive. I asked them to reverse these charges and still nothing has been done. I have also requested detailed statements from them and to date have not received anything from them. I received the worst service from them. Their call centre agents are rude and have no telephone ettiquette whatsoever. I am fed up with the situation and will report this to the NCR if I dont receive any response from them with regards to this matter within the next 48 hours.
