I was led to believe that the clips to my front bumber were broken after I made contact with a pavement and that I needed to have the bumper replaced, by another panelbeating company. i decided to get a second opinion through my Insurance. went to EasyWay assessment centre in Bryanston this morning. Even though I arrived late they still welcomed me with a warm smile.
The assesor, Praveen took one look at the bumper and advised that it is not broken and just needs to be clipped back into the panel. 15 minutes later, it was done.
In today's life it is rare to find people who will help another person without getting anything in return. He could have continued the claim and I would have to pay the access as i did not know any better. But because of Praveens integrity and excellent customer service, I was saved from paying an access i actually did not account for and would have put me into debt.
