When I took my car in for an assessment Mutual And Federal's workshop at Cresta centre quoted me R1 476 (below my access of R2 500). Firstly they took one week longer to repair with NO communication to me. My Insurance Broker also confirmed and forwarded me the quote of R1 476. Patrick Mesea's service is also shocking. Late, false promises, etc.

When they delivered my car at my business they charged R2 500 and my manager unknowingly paid the amount. I complained the next day and Simon's blaze response was that the repairs was more expensive.

He did not communicate this to me whatsoever. He has a very bad attitude and should not liase with customers at all.
