I was handed over for not paying my credit card. I have settled the account in June for the amount that was given to me. In the meantime the debit order that I've arranged also went off end of June for R520.00. I've informed NRR (who is a division of Nedbank) and they told me it's been handed back to the bank. it's two weeks later and i still haven't received my money back! again the 0860555111 nr does not work! how is this for service??? thank goodness i don't bank their!
