I was involved in a car accident 15/7/2013. I called the 24 hr response no, and they were wonderful. They wanted to know if all passengers were ok, and transferred me to the claims dept, where they explained to me what to do. This morning, I spoke to Busi, Michelle, Richard, Abdul Prischina, who were so wonderful, gave us our ref nos wishing us well. The claims dept sent us messages to inform us of the emergency truck that would be collecting my vehicle with the relevant details. Not forgetting Moses from Iway who collected the car. Well done to Budget Insurance. Outstanding
