Worst Service Ever - 3rd party claim

I'm writing this note out of utter disgust with the way FFW is treating me. On the 2nd of July i came out of church and found my car being reversed to - i was dissapointed and drove home since it was late. The next day a person who knocked me traced me and phoned me - we both went to the police station and sorted everything. The moment i asked her who she is insured with - her response made my blood boil, a family member was once badly dealt with by the same insurance group FFW.

I chased them, infact i asked them 2 put everything they needed from me in writing a wonderful lady by the name of Enid Mapson from Legal Dept assisted me. I sent them everything as per their request, now they dont want 2 come out with an answer as 2 when my car will be fixed. The guy by the name of Shaun even told me that i will not be given a courtesy car when my car goes 4 repairs because i dont use my car for business purposes (rubbish). They are even giving me and the lady who caused a damage 2 my car - conflicting responses. 12 days later im still waiting 4 them to fix my car - today they told the lady who damaged my car that they will only assist once the premium 4 this month has gone through.
