Accounts Update

I have applied for a loan on the 13th of May 2013 and was successfully approved. Repayment was done via debit order on my Capitec Bank account. Debit order went through on the month end of June 2013. When i log in to my wonga account, it reflects that i still owe them. I have reported this issue numerous times but no one has has informed me of whats the course and how do they plan to remedy this issue. I am now worried if maybe there is involved, or maybe my account was hacked into. Its highly disappointed at the way they handling this dispute, their workers incompetency is now completely my responsibility now.
That is all i would like to state for now.
