I was in hospital from 2013-07- to 2013-07- . iwant to claim my benefits but the callcenter do not answer my calls. i was on the line on 2013-07-12 for more than an hour waiting to submit my claim. today as i am typing i am on the phone for 10min. they experience high call volumes. and i have to waist my time and airtime. transfer some of the people who phone me every few days to answer the claIM line
