We have a crisis with blocked sewarage and since the people dont work on weekends we had to wait untill Monday. I have been trying to get through to the claims division and after 9 calls I have still not been successfull. What disgracefull service! Needless to say the one other time I had to deal with them 2 years ago it was also a total mess. Nedbank your insurance product stincts!!!
