Dissapointing

I lost my bluebean credit card and had it blocked and applied for a new card. This was easily done, but i work mondays to saturdays and cant get off work to go stand in a bank for an hour and a half to collect my card. Neither can i go all the way to Cape town post office where i live. My work is a long drive away so bluebean has made life extremely difficult for me. When i call to ask if it can be sent to a different post office which i can actually get to they refuse. So i sit now and pay my card every month but cant use it
