Over charged, bad service, terrible call centre, horrible call centre agents-do not know how to deal with customers, Managers that never call back and never can come to the phone when making a complaint, always a catch, do not have proper reference numbers when dealing with complaints? I have been waiting 10 days for my money to be deposited back into my account, after i had already given notice in due time. They say it will only reflect in my bank account next week Wednesday, making it 13/14 days, if that happens, they originally said it would take 5 to 7 working days. They took my tracker payments off with out notifying me and 5 months later received a R1000.00 bill for my tracker! there is never any follow up, sick of wasting my time and money on phone calls to them, following up on things they should of done. overall pathetic service and wow, i am now paying R1000.00 cheaper insurance with exactly the same benefits! DO NOT GET TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY AUTO IN GENERAL< VIRGIN INSURANCE AND FIRST FOR WOMEN! Not worth the headaches...
