Standard bank has after several requests via going into standard bank phoenix as well as over the phone has still not updated my new cell number. They sold me a new product and in order for me to acitvate they card that they posted me they send a pin to my cell numebr which is the old cell number. I ask them over 7 times to change it but the old number is still in the system. Is the staf fthat take your request ignorant or dont know what they are doing.

this is very frustrating to me, Can anyone do their job properly there or what!
