Its been a couple of weeks now since I lodged my first complaint about the poor service/attitude from mutual and federal regarding my claim. My car was damaged in may in tokai by their client mr richard Morse of Sherwood hardware store who I must admit has owned up from day one that he was in the wrong. Mind you, he backed into my car in a parking lot when no one was inside and the car was stationery. From there e contacted me and forwarded his broker details (yvette) who asked me to submit all the docs she wanted. I did that and she subsequently forwarded info to mf here in cape town. Now after the case went back and forth between cpt and joburg I was eventually told I will deal with liability negotiator shaeda Nicholas (what a pain..) That woman must go work for the government the way she is ineffecient..she has asked me documents outstanding one by one I guess just to annoy me and delay this straight forward case. Mind you, she said on the phone my case would be resolved today but I tell u I have heard nothing from her or department of which I take it michael Meyer is the manager. Mf jst dnt wana own up and I'm. My claim number is 79600670 against policy 2
