This is the 2nd time something like this is happening to me, 1st it was with my edgars credit card now the loan I had, it still shows on my credit file that there is a balance and installment, I paid the loan up in January and its now July, so I've send a email, I get a response saying I should contact the legal dept, I then contact the number in the email, I follow the voice promps, a man picks up says its the wrong number and wants to give me another number to dial, standard bank doesn't pay my phone bill, I want this sorted and I want compensation for the phone call I had to make so that someone can just give me another numbe
